• Booking data (Google Scheduling/Calendar): name, email address, appointment time, and any info you add in notes.
• Email you send us: your email address and message content.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps (server/security logs).

3) Why we collect it (purposes)

• To schedule and run an introductory call.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.
• To keep the website secure and functioning.

4) Legal bases

• Steps prior to entering a contract for booking/delivering the call.
• Legitimate interests for basic website security and responding to inbound enquiries.

5) Who processes your data (processors)

• Netlify – website hosting.
• Google Workspace / Google Calendar – booking and calendar invites.

6) International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the EEA/UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as SCCs via providers’ data processing terms.

7) Retention

• Booking/enquiry data: kept for up to 12 months after last interaction (unless you become a client).
• Logs: retained for limited periods as part of operating the hosting service.
